Willow Pattern Texture Plate
I thought it would be nice to use some metal with the Willow pattern texture, so here is a brass texture plate in the making...
Now into the acid, and I hope by tomorrow I can show you some of the textured silver...

Wow! You have a very steady hand! Do you etch with acid or salt?
ReplyDeleteI etch with Ferric Chloride from Maplins for copper and brass, and Iron Nitrate for silver (from Walsh). I have never tried any other method.
