White Textured Dangle Earrings, and Blue Pearl Earrings

I've been busy trying to perfect the '3 dangle' style of earrings. I'm quite proud of these ones, because I managed to work out how to solder them so I don't need to connect them using jump rings. That means the shards are closer to each other, making the combination of colours/textures more noticeable.

As you can probably tell by the photos, there is no sign of sun in London this morning...

Because this style is quite work intensive, I finished off the day (yesterday) by making a simpler pair, with a larger pottery shard and a pearl - quite a classic design:

I could hardly get to sleep because new ideas kept jumping into my head. I know I should have written them down...

Today I'll be working on more of the 3 dangle earrings, as I am enjoying making interesting combinations of colour and texture. Coming soon...

  2. I agree Tania, the closer the dangles are the better they show off the difference in the textures, I love the blue ones with the pearl they are lovely.
