The resin filled fish...

The silver fish is now filled with resin, which has fully cured at last. The resin colour is exactly what I wanted - a transparent watery blue which shows up the fish nicely. The picture is also a bit better than the last one - I build a 'light tent' this morning, and have been trying it out. It does make the photography a bit easier.

The actual shape measures about 2.5 x 1.8 cm. Not quite sure what I will do with it yet - I meant it to be a ring, but I think I should have left the resin until after the soldering...
